You will support the team by taking ownership of the preparation and assembly of rapid test subcomponents within the laboratory. This role would be best suited to an individual who has a science qualification and/or relevant laboratory experience and is looking to gain first-hand experience within the laboratory setting. This role is focussed on manufacturing and so would be ideal for someone who has a real interest in the medical device sector. Our team can support you with training so that you will be able to work autonomously; completing quality records and adhering to all SOPs and health and safety regulations. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Manufacture of Rapid Tests sub components Service, calibration and operation of key production equipment associated with the manufacture of Rapid Tests and Components Labelling, reconciliation, packing and finishing of Rapid Test components Completion of daily cleaning checks and records Personal Attributes To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate that you are a strong team player with a positive attitude. Essential attributes include a strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Previous experience of working in a laboratory would be advantageous but is not essential.
