Paediatric Healthcare Assistant - Nights

About the role Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) working within a residential or hospital setting looking for a new challenge/change? Would you like an opportunity to develop new skills and progress your career? You will be working in a family home with our client a female infant aged 1 with complex care needs (Cornelia de Lange Syndrome). Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) will have an opportunity to build on their current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including Tracheostomy Care (suctioning, tape and trache changes), Ventilator Management and Observations, PEG Feeds and medication management. We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities.
