Overview
Buyer £25-30k Permanent North Kent Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join a busy and fast paced team in North Kent. Duties for this role include: Sourcing packaging and ancillary goods Negotiating all aspects of the purchase of products and services Maintaining specifications of current products Creating supplier files and analysing supplier performance Stock control including plans for stock Effective maintenance of relationships Forecasting of deliveries Ensuring all suppliers are compliant Occasional travel where necessary The successful candidate will have/be: Experienced working within a goods Buying or Purchasing role Detail orientated with strong attention to detail Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Excel Have good communication skills at all levels.
