Overview
Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer? Would you like to get your foot into the door of an industry leader, working in a state-of-the-art facility? You must have previous experience in spray painting on an industrial level ideally obtained from the motor trade or associated discipline. Public Holidays) Regular Performance Lead Bonus End of Year Attendance Bonus Regular Performance Review Full induction and ongoing training Auto-Enrollment Pension Scheme Pay Rate and Working Hours: £10.81-£15.87 PER HOUR 36.5 Hours PER WEEK 3 shift rotating pattern: Days Monday - Thursday 08:00AM - 16:00PM Friday 08:00AM - 12:30PM Back shift Monday - Thursday 16:00PM - 00:00AM Friday 12:30PM - 17:00PM Plus 20% shift premium Night shift Monday - Thursday 00:00AM - 08:00AM Friday 17:00PM - 21:30PM Plus 35% shift premium Responsibilities: Adhere to H&S and PPE requirements Work under your own initiative as well as part of a team Manually lift Paint spray various sized panels Have a good eye for quality Manually set paint machines Carry out safety and quality checks on machine components Load and unload machines This is an ongoing, temporary assignment.
