Overview
I am looking for a quality customer service adviser to help out in a busy business. Your duties will require, but not be limited to: Contacting customers to remind them of their appointment. Answering calls in a courteous manner. Transfer calls to other team members. Communicate with colleagues and customers via e-mail. Troubleshooting issues that arise and helping resolve the issue. Sending mailshots to customers. The company offers on site parking, excellent canteen facilities and a bonus scheme.
