Responsibilities Divorce Civil partnerships Dissolution Residence disputes Cohabitation agreements Separation agreements Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Change of name deeds Financial matters Children matters Child contact arrangements The Candidate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE Experience in family law is essential Excel in communication both verbally and written Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines IT proficient My client is a highly regarded and well-established legal practice with a network of offices throughout the South East.
