Overview
We are thrilled to take on this new and exciting role with one of the finest Restructuring & Insolvency Firms in the UK, where people have the opportunity and independence to build strong relationships and push the business forward. They are seeking a qualified accountant (up to 3 years post qualified), to join their Restructuring team in Bournemouth. ACCA/ACA or ICAEW qualified candidates as well as backgrounds in Audit, TS, CF, Tax will be considered. This firm provides all manner of consultancy services including restructuring and advisory to those individuals and businesses that are currently in distress. You will be involved in the following types of cases: Corporate Restructuring. Advisory - Options Analysis, IBRs (Independent Business Reviews), Due Diligence, Short term forecasting, Financial Modelling. Distressed M&A Accelerated Mergers and Acquisitions Skills required: Recently Qualified Accountant. Background in either Audit, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services with a well-regarded firm. Strong financial analysis. Advanced Excel (Preferably financial modelling or advanced modelling manipulation). Great commercial acumen. To ensure you are best placed to help our clients navigate complex challenges, you will be supported by other team members including Directors & Partners, who will provide the necessary guidance to help you develop your skills in this fast-moving area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working within the Transactional Services/Audit/Corporate Finance service lines to break into the Financial Restructuring world which is one of the UK’s busiest markets.
