Are you an experienced Architect with Job running ability or you're an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant? I have just received a fresh new brief from one of my main clients in the Birmingham area, who are looking to find 2 more professionals for their birmingham office which is currently 40 strong. This practice are advancing rapidly in relation to future technologies/ BIM processes. This in mind, if you had an interest in developing your software skills or developing your understanding of Building Information Modelling, this could be the perfect opportunity that could have the potential to very quickly progress your career. My client has recently received commission to work on a number of projects for the University of Birmingham. This being the case, they are needing prospective candidates to come with a strong background in either working on Residential or Educational projects. They would also require you to be able to lead a team, from RIBA stages 1-6 and would ideally like you to be proficient in Revit. Revit isn't an essential requirement as I believe they're prioritising the needed project familiarity as the main deal breaker. Salary on offer here is circa £35 - £45,000 PA.
