Facilities Manager, Sussex, Job, Education Sector, FM, Hourly Rate, Job, Facilities Your new role Your new role as the Facilities Manager will see you work in a prestigious estate for a highly regarded school in the Sussex boarders, based at a stunning location you will be working with an array for professionals overseeing the general maintenance and projects for the school. Coming in on an interim basis you will take hold of the plant room, heating, water and installations to ensure the estate is running to optimum efficiency whilst overseeing minor projects around the 30 acre estate. This hands-on role will see proactive applicants thrive in an estate that will provide the perfect opportunity. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you will have experience in a similar role or have worked in a large estate, running the maintenance programme you will be given the chance to update and implement and processes that you see fit into the schedules. Overseeing all plant, water, gas and heating systems you will work closely with the estate and maintenance teams to work on both planned and reactive maintenance.
