URGENT An interesting opportunity has become available for an immediately available Architect or Surveyor to work for a well-known practice based in Canterbury. This is a contract position for 3 months initially with the view for long term extension. Salary up to £38,000 or a rate circa £21/hr Ltd or Umbrella. For this opportunity you will need at least 3 years PQE. This will be a job running position so experience across all RIBA stages is required. You'll need to have strong residential background, the company in question typically work within the high-end residential sector as well as listed buildings, more weight will certainly be put on someones experience with listed buildings and conservation. You'll need experience with surveying as well, they will also be considering surveyors with a similar sector background. Contract administration experience and site experience is also needed. AutoCAD fluency is a must as is Revit fluency. With projects spanning the country and the globe it's certainly an exciting prospect for anyone looking to boost their career.
