Fit Out Manager
Overview
Our client is one of the largest family-owned construction groups in the UK, building hundreds of major projects across London. Due to an increase in high value projects, there is now a need for a Fit-Out Manager to join this already successful team. As the Fit-Out Manager you will be working on the completion of prestigious sites based in Central and South West London managing the fit-out of the building in accordance with the fit-out programme. You will be responsible for such tasks as; Programme management Materials management and coordination Subcontractors management Site meetings Health and safety To be successful in this role, you must have trade background and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position with a main contractor, come from a carpentry background and NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management. You will also have a strong knowledge of projects systems such as BREEAM, Fieldview, NHBC Standard, Building Regulation (including Part B) and have previous experience working on high end residential projects, hand-on, dynamic and keen to take every opportunity to fast-track your career.
