Building Services Engineering Lead, Head of Building Services Design Job (Client-side) - London, Contract Your new company This is a client-side opportunity to join one of the UK's largest restoration and renewal programme. Working on an internationally recognised heritage sites. With an already well-established internal team, strategist and coordinating with external factors to ensure quality. Your new role You will be taking a lead role on several engineering infrastructure and associated work streams. Managing a team of Design Manager who are all from varying industry backgrounds, all experts in their respective discipline. Overall responsibility for the successful delivery on a number of the clients projects. Your main focus will be regarding the mechanical and electrical elements of the project. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience taking a lead role on major projects previously, ideally in a wide-scope engineering capacity. Furthermore, it will be ideal if you have experience working on the refurbishment of heritage or listed projects. It is essential you are chartered with a renowned engineering authority such as CIBSE, IMechE or IET.
