Overview

AWE are currently recruiting for a Secretary This role will be to deliver an efficient, effective and reliable business administration service to our customers across AWE. Location - Reading area Package - £19,000 - £23,000 DOE AWE offer a competitive salary, market leading contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, excellent work/life balance including a 9-day working fortnight and flexible working hours (role dependent). A salary sacrifice scheme is also available. You will be required to: To deliver professional transactional administration services. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player. Provide general administration services. Services in support of management activity (e.g. diary management). Organise meetings varying from individual to larger department meetings/events, including facilitating hospitality and equipment. Provision of advice and guidance to customers. Support to Supply Chain Management (procurement). Provide DSE Assessments where appropriate. Carry out Mustering activities as required. Provide SLO activities where required by the business. The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs To be successful in this role you should have the following skills: Exceptional customer service skills Ability to communicate at all levels Good interpersonal skills Good organisational skills Ability to problem solve Able to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet conflicting demands.
