Overview
Customer Service Admin required for temporary vacancy in Sheffield. £18,000 - £21,000 DOE Your new company Working for a leading manufacturing company in Sheffield you will be part of a busy and production customer service/ sales admin team. This position is immediately available to start in and is temporary on a long term ongoing basis. Due to the initial temporary start successful applicants need to be immediately available to start and not be on a notice period. Your new role You will report to the Customer Service Manager and provide a full range of Customer Service Administration duties. You will ideally have held a similar role previous be able to demonstrate experience of this upon application. Duties of the role will include ; -Responsible for handling customer orders via phone and email -Use of SAP system -Processing sales orders onto the system -Negotiating delivery times -Providing support to customers regarding the status of their orders -Handling customer complaints -Tracking deliveries and providing updates -Any admin duties as required -Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required to intermediate level What you'll need to succeed You must be able to start temporary work with immediate effect Ideally you will have previous knowledge and experience of an ER system You will have previous customer service / sales admin experience You will ideally you will have your own transportation What you'll get in return Immediate start Temporary long term role , ongoing temp requirement Full time hours Monday to Friday 9am -5pm £18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience Free parking Modern office facilities What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
