Job Summary Oversees and manages the support, configuration, and ongoing administration of our HR systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support HR and business processes. Partners with other HR leaders to identify and prioritize business needs, deliverables, and timelines for enhancements, implementations and administration of cyclical processes. Provides direction and development to direct / indirect global HRIS team members. Duties and Responsibilities Major Areas of Responsibility: Serves as business consultant to functional areas for automating HR business processes and requirements and evaluating system capabilities as a potential solution and / or partner with other HRIS/IT partners in suggesting alternative solutions. Act as primary contact for vendor technical support and case management, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and escalations as needed Serves as team expert on system functionality; provides expertise in the various modules to functional owners as needed Evaluates upgrade impacts and leads implementation efforts Researches functionality roadmaps and works with Global HRIS leaders on roadmap strategy and planning in conjunction with COE leads Oversees and manages operations necessary to ensure global core data integrity and operational efficiency of HR systems. Provides direction to and manages HR System Admins. Establishes strategic goals and objectives for direct reports. Provides development and direction to team in achieving objectives. Fosters partnership, open communication and best practice sharing between US, EU and Canada. Provides support and guidance to Analytics and Reporting team on table/field structures and corresponding data standards. Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Liberal Arts or equivalent experience. Hands-on management style, excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to interpret and/or discuss complex information with others in a clear way, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people Comfortable working with a variety of user groups: senior executives to entry-level Proven ability to understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, changing /span> Strong customer service orientation and skills; thrive in a team Business experience, inclusive of system administration experience and experience leading two full lifecycle project implementations Experience managing HR systems projects and working with technical resources is required Experience with SuccessFactors, Oracle ERP, SAAS/PAAS systems, help desk tools, and MS Office preferred Come and Discover Different at TJX.
