Overview
Our client is a long established and highly respected global insurer. Via working closely with their partner brokers and offering first-rate service they have experienced ongoing expansion. Subsequently they boast an international presence and unrivalled reputation. Due to growth of the organization we are working on their behalf to secure an experienced Team Leader to join the business in Manchester city centre. The primary focus of the role will be leading and motivating of an operational team in the migration of existing policies onto new systems. In addition to leadership the role will involve ensuring KPIs for accuracy and policy count are achieved, liaising with underwriting teams, managing performance and driving efficiencies. To apply for this opportunity applicants must the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and to delivering projects within defined time-scale Critical to your success within the role will be strong leadership and effective performance management. Experience gained in either insurance or another regulated environment is not essential but would be advantageous.
