Overview
Pro1 Recruitment are currently looking for 5x Customer Relationship Managers for a company based in the Nechells area Duties will include • Manage the customer experience by ensuring customers are kept informed of the progress of their query ensuring resolution and excellent service delivery is achieved • Manage customer accounts maintaining regular contact them ensuring quality of service and addressing any concerns • Identifying opportunities for new business • Upselling relevant products and services • Understand and assess problems, evaluate solutions and communicate these to the relevant internal Pirtek staff members • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate data • Working towards KPI’s including call volume and call quality Hours of work are 08:00-15:30 Monday to Friday Salary £18,000. If KPI targets (as above) are hit, salary is £21,000. This is a permanent role and we are looking for candidates to start ASAP. All candidates must be able to commute to Nechells, Birmingham.
