Overview

Position: Full Time / 8.30 to 17:00 Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) The Opportunity Looking for a new member to join the operations team at the global head office in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Key Duties · Production and presentation of performance analysis reports including but not limited to Monthly customer analysis including reconciliation to Management accounts of sales, cost of sales and gross profit Detailed Monthly product analysis of sales, gross profit by product, type, range Daily dashboard reporting of sales / production / chip movements and GP Trend Analysis reporting of Sales / Burn / production and Profitability Assist with weekly / monthly forecast reporting Establishing and creating live time information to be displayed in the office which could include production data / chip / orders received / orders sent for pick, orders despatched daily, weekly and monthly target vs. currently invoiced. Maintaining of data held in our Sage 50 system Assisting with the interrogation of customer surveys, including behavioural surveys, feedback questionnaires and retail marketing surveys/ information from external sales reps Managing and maintaining our Group price lists, adding new products, verifying and updating factory costs and ensuring Sage is always up to date and that profit margins are in line with company objectives Producing competitor analysis research and data Conducting online price comparison exercises Performing any other task that is of a reasonable request in line with the sales, finance, product management or marketing department Customer specific reports on product sales by qty and turnover Requirements Suitable accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / QBE) Experience of using Sage 200 is essential and SQL desirable Educated to A level (or equivalent) with previous experience in a data analysis role Highly numerate with an appropriate Maths qualification / Financial qualification Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to liaise with and to present information to Senior management Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89510850
