Having a reputation for implementing a high level of patient experience to its patient list of 14,000, they are looking for a Clinical Lead GP to join their team within the Essex area. The Candidate The successful candidate must be registered with the GMC. You will have a MBChB degree or equivalent and be a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Your background will be within primary care and you will have extensive experience within a GP Surgery, as a GP. Having a desire to implement an amazing patient experience is vital. You will be working with the regional clinical lead to supporting the business in achieving the requirements set by the CQC. Excellent communication skills are going to be vital in order to work alongside a team of likeminded professionals. You will have a history of being able to develop a service and can implement and influence positive change. You will have a desire to develop your continued professional development which will be fully supported by my client. You will be able to demonstrate leadership when dealing with members of the Practice Team. Although you will have clinical sessions 8 out of the 10 sessions will be a leadership role. You will have experience of achieving budgets and comply with achieving targets set within the local prescribing incentive scheme.
