£17 p/h – Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £42.4K | 48 Hour Contract - Nights | Elderly & Dementia Home | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A leading Cheshire nursing home is currently looking to recruit Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their night nursing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The home is in the Congleton area and offers elderly, dementia and disability nursing care packages in a home from home setting. Details of the RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse roles and what the home is offering: A permanent contract of 48 hours per week, working night shifts over a flexible, 7 day rota Great hourly rates of pay of £17 which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates and a salary in the region of £42,430 A comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development opportunities In this Night Nurse role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of care for a caseload of residents. You will manage and update clinical records, administer medications and lead a small team of HCAs in the delivery of personal care, ensuring the holistic, medical and social needs of each individual resident are met.
