The vacancy is at a 70 bedded service in Goole, purpose built and looking after elderly residents and younger adults, supporting those with dementia and physical disabilities. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.
