Our client is recognised as the market leader as a private provider of podiatry clinics and footwear products and are seeking a Senior Podiatrist to progress into a Regional Trainer And Development Manager We are currently seeking a full-time Podiatrist for a 12-month Maternity contract that may turn to a permanent role or lead to another role for a Senior Podiatrist to cover the North of the UK as a Regional Trainer and Development Manager, the role will include providing Podiatry treatments, training and development, analyzing store performances across your region and providing support in the recruitment process, interviewing, etc. The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus as a Podiatrist and also have some experience of staff management. As a regional manager, you will be covering Manchester, Stockport, Liverpool, and Yorkshire. The role will on an average require 3 days in clinic and 2 day carrying out the functional support role for the business during the week. Some key responsibilities for the role will include: Driving professional standards and consistency Supporting the recruitment and retention of podiatrists Clinical customer concern resolution Supporting the Head of Podiatry in the evolution of our podiatry strategy Being a brand ambassador in leading and supporting university presentations, conferences and society events.
