Group Accountant

Group Accountant job for a leading International business based in the Farnborough area paying up to £60k. Your new company You will be joining a well established International business in the Farnborough area. The offices are bright, modern, open plan with good transport links as well as free parking. Your new role Reporting into the Group FD, you will be taking on a broad opportunity overseeing financial reporting for multiple International entities within group. This position is a great opportunity to cover some more technical accounting including overseeing the audit process as well as putting together budgets, forecasts, cashflows and partner closely with the entities in group as well as with the CFO. In addition to your day to day, there are a number of projects including improving systems, processes and you will have the autonomy to identify areas to improve the business' finances inline with your expertise What you'll need to succeed In addition to your qualification (ACA / ACCA) and background in audit (through chartered training) you should be an excellent communicator and able to juggle a number of projects alongside a busy day to day operational role. As you are part of a small team, there is plenty of opportunity to develop over the short to medium term as well as internal movements to other parts of the business.
