Overview
We are seeking experienced Planning Lawyers in Birmingham, with opportunities at 1-5 years PQE for candidates who are looking for the next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an exciting and specialised practice area. You will be an effective communicator with good client management and team working skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, working on a stimulating range of projects and will enjoy been keen to increase your level of responsibility as your experience develops. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of: ·Planning applications and appeals; ·Drafting and negotiating planning, and other infrastructure agreements; ·Enforcement appeals; ·Judicial review and High Court appeals; ·Listed buildings and Conservation Areas; ·Environmental issues (including environmental impact assessments) For further information and a confidential discussion please contact Matthew Boland at Errington Legal Recruitment.
