This client is in a position of explosive growth, seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to support on-going expansion and develop new business relationship. With solid existing market knowledge and contemporary approaches to identifying demand, this client is in an advantageous position to utilise the current UK IT channel and its offerings, being positioned to truly deliver value to customers IT supply chain. Having partnerships and vendors with the likes of; HP Microsoft and VMWare, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced account manager with IT experience. Responsibilities Driven to work against and achieve monthly personal gross targets, through internal and external sales. Ability to be proactive with new business activity, nurturing and closing new sales opportunities. You'll be expected to manage and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline, moving prospects through sales cycle in accordance to 'Discovery to Close' within the CRM system. Required Skills and Experience Must be from an IT Sales or Account Management/Business Development background. Record of achievement within Sales and New Business Development whilst regularly achieving KPI's. Existing knowledge of the current technology within the IT market and ability to measure IT requirements for the modern corporate business. Desirable IT sales accreditation or certification whether; HP, Microsoft or VMWare or similar. Worked within an IT reseller environment. In accordance with experience of IT Business Development Management and Sales, exposed to that of telesales.
