Overview
An exciting career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stairlift Engineer to join our team based in Ashford Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, repair and installation of Stairlifts and other mobility equipment. All our engineers are equipped with company van, mobile phone and tablet, therefore a clean driving licence along with a DBS certificate are essential for this role. We are looking for individuals who have working knowledge within the Lift Industry. Candidates must have a smart appearance, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and can demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, whilst working with a minimum of supervision. Responsibilities: Installation of Stairlifts Servicing and repair of Stairlifts within your designated area Removal of Stairlifts Participating in a 24hr on call rota Qualifications NVQ 2 or above in Lifts (desirable) Mechanical or Electrical qualification (desirable) Clean Driving licence DBS Experience At least 1 years' proven experience working on the maintenance and installation of similar products within the mobility industry Good communication skills as you will be facing the general public daily. Field Based experience is desirable but not essential.
