Overview
Our client is a leading AV Integrator who offer expert technical support for Audio Visual products, are looking for a service and support engineer based in Berkshire. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with product faults and arranging repairs. Assist with maintaining our clients demonstration and training facilities. Preventive maintenance visits to clients Hands on Testing of returned and Loan kit. Advising clients on kit Installation of replacement equipment Key Skill: Excellent verbal and written English Excellent customer service skills Able to work as a team and independently Good knowledge of AV / VC products (Crestron, AMX, Poly etc) Previous Tech Support experience / Excellent AV Experience Whats on offer?
