Community Team Social Worker- Supportive Management I'm currently working with a local authority within the borough of London that is transforming their service to create better support for everyone within their Adults Social Care services. As such they are seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers to join them on this journey in their Community Teams. Within this role you will be contributing towards developing the independence of people within care services by providing solutions and support to people and families to help them stay independent for longer within the local community.
