Overview
An Independent Fostering Agency with Good Ofsted on an national level is looking for a Team Manager/Operation Manager to join their Team in the North West Region. You will be responsible for leading a group of experienced Supervising Social Workers alongside a group of established managers. You will assist the Registered Manager in developing the area and be responsible in leading, supporting and developing the Supervising Social Workers allocated to you This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with Managerial experience looking for enhancing their managerial skills and benefit from career growth opportunities. Informal Telephone Interview are being scheduled before the final interview date is set Job Tasks and Responsibilities Leading and supporting an experienced team of 6 Supervising Social Workers Be part of the Regional Management Team and provide support Demonstrate good Leadership and Management to the Fostering Service Team Skills and experience HCPC registered Degree in Social Work At least 1 year experience in a Managerial position within Children Service Available to start within 2 weeks DBS online update service Full driving licence Valid References
