The role You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and meet all key performance & objectives. You’ll manage , develop and maintain good relationship with external agencies. You will ensure that the project meets financial targets and also that all health and safety requirements are met . You’ll support and develop a highly engaged workforce through the projects and take responsibility during tense and difficult situations . You will support the service by taking part in on - call rota and in any way that may be required by the Service Manager. You’ll have positive attitude with proactive enthusiastic and flexible approach You’ll be physically able to complete some manual work and to regularly climb the stairs. You’ll posses strong commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity. You will be able to work some unsocial hours and take part in on call- rota when required while presenting professional image at all the time. Key requirements You will have demonstrable experience of effectively connecting with employees of all levels and of working in partnership with leaders to drive results. You will have good experience of planning, managing a range of stakeholders and delivering agreed outcomes with the energy, enthusiasm and gravitas to inspire and influence colleagues. You understand culture and the importance of great people being at the heart of a great organisation. You have experience of working with vulnerable and complex people and have full understanding of safeguarding. You will have experience of managing the performance targets including budgets. Please note that this role requires a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle. This role is also subject to an enhanced DBS check
