An award-winning sector focussed firm with a collegiate approach is looking to recruit a Projects lawyer for their team in Leeds. The firm is very sector specific and is rated by The Legal 500 and Chambers directory as the leading provider of legal services to the health sector. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a new challenge and get involved with top quality work within a market leading firm who also offer significant opportunities for career progression. The role will involve advising on all forms of Public Private Partnerships which would include PFI, LIFT, joint venture, MES and outsourcing models for a range of clients. You will have a particular focus on advising, structuring and negotiating in relation to existing PPP contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and driven firm. The successful candidate should be 5 PQE however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
