Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor wanting to work in a Legal 500 firm? Do you want to join a well-established firm and develop yourself as a Solicitor? This is a great opportunity for a solicitor to join a friendly and supportive office in Sheffield. Our client is well-established with a strong market presence and multiple offices around the Yorkshire region. They are a corporate and commercial firm that pride themselves on building long term relationships and having a very straight forward approach when it comes to their clients. Our client has a standout reputation and works with an enviable client base. In this role you will be managing a full and varied caseload Commercial Property matters including but not limited; acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, property finance, development and much more. As well as managing a busy caseload, you will also be required to participate in the firm's marketing activities. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE with experience of handling a broad range Commercial Property matters, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications or candidates who fall outside if this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
