Team Leader - Nights 19.45PM - 08.00AM 3 Shifts Per Week Ashfield Nursing Home, Wetherby £10.40 Are you an experienced Care & Support Worker ?, Do you have empathy , excellent communication skills and a sense of humour ? Would you like to make a difference to someone's life ? Then this job is for you At Ashfield Nursing Home, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our night team. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: Promoting independence amongst our residents, assisting residents to go to bed and get up in the morning, promoting good hydration through the night, personal care tasks and maintaining record keeping and care plans.
