Overview
Do you have an interest in helping those with mental health needs and complex learning disabilities to live with less restriction and greater independence? As a Care Support Worker for our client you will be based on in one of their care homes with the opportunity to work across the Cardiff and Vale area to support and encourage individuals to achieve their full potential whilst promoting their choices and well-being. Care Duties: The role is to work as part of a team providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and / or mental health needs To provide support and practical help including personal care as necessary To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of our clients service users using a person centred approach. To observe and promote our clients service users' choice, independence, dignity, privacy and other rights. To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations along with Gofal Cymru Care's policies, procedure and guidelines.
