Warranty Administrator - Stoke on Trent Benefits : up to £22,000 basic dependant on experience Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (can be flexible), 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join the service department within a Main Dealership Group, based at a dealer in Stoke on Trent. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a dealership working as a Warranty Administrator or worked within Service having experience with warranty administration. Key Responsibilities: To submit all warranty claims for the dealership, accurately, in a timely and organised fashion To organise all the warranty paperwork Using Kerridge Desirable Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience working submitting warranty claims, and managing all warranty administration within a dealership Excellent administration skills Highly organised Experience with as Dealer Management System such as Kerridge or Pinnacle or other branded labour time system Extremely high attention to detail Package: Basic Salary up to £22,000 40 hour working week, open to flexibility between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Pension Interested?
