My client is looking for an Audit Director to come in with swift targets to make PartnerThis firm specialises in U.K. subsidiaries of large, international companies. They are currently sitting at 10 Partners and they have an opportunity for a Director/ Partner to come on board, as one Partner may be stepping down in the next few years. You will have a portfolio to inherit but typically, to become a Partner at this firm you must be able to build on your portfolio and win new fees.
