Deputy Home Manager Service: Purpose Built Nursing Home Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire Care category: Dementia, Old Age, Physical Disability, Palliative Care Position: Deputy Home Manager Salary: Between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum - negotiable depending on experience Hours: Full time 44 hours (mix of clinical and supernumerary) Shifts: Days Contract: Permanent Further details: An opportunity has become available for an NMC registered experienced Registered Adult Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to come and work as a Deputy Home Manager for an extremely reputable nursing home based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Thehome is a purpose-built care home offering residential, nursing care for people living with dementia, elderly, palliative care and respite care. I am looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Deputy Manager to come and assist with the management of staff, leading a team and acting as a clinical lead. Leading by example you need to be able to act on your feet, carefully and professionally manage escalations and complaints from staff and residents. You will be personable and compassionate. Working collaboratively with the home manager to work with projects, CQC and the daily management of the home.
