Overview
Insurance Sales Adviser sought to join an existing team, proactively managing customers from beginning to end whilst nurturing an on-going relationship and working towards productivity targets. A sales focused role, the successful candidate will need to ensure they work in a compliant manner following sales procedures to ensure compliance with FCA regulations. Key Accountabilities: Understand customer requirements; Identify the best solution in line with company processes and procedures; Enjoy helping customers resolve their insurance queries; Feel at ease dealing with high volume inbound calls; Want to develop both personally and professionally. The successful candidate must have an insurance or broker background dealing with sales, renewals and adjustments for motor insurance risks. Also have an understanding of a personal lines insurance.
