The Role The Technical Delivery Specialist - Office 365 will focus on providing a customer-centric service experience, and will be charged with end-to-end support, delivery and development across the spectrum of EUC services, internationally. You will have overall accountability for administration, configuration & management of the Microsoft Technology Stack, encompassing O365, SharePoint and Messaging & Collaboration Tools, allied to Azure Cloud infrastructure . Acting as the 3 rd line technical escalation point for all complex EUC related enquiries , you will manage relationships with a wide range of vendors to resolve issues as required. By contributing to the development of a robust EUC strategy and roadmap, the Technical Delivery Specialist - Office 365 will enable the delivery of new EUC services, which support the organisation’s ambitious business & digital transformation goals. To be successful in this role, you will have:- Deep EUC knowledge , allied to previous experience operating in a 3rd-line technical support role, in ideally an enterprise or mid-scale environment Proven administration, configuration & management capabilities across the Microsoft Technology Stack, encompassing O365, SharePoint and Messaging & Collaboration Tools, allied to ideally Azure Cloud infrastructure Demonstrable customer-first mindset, with an agile, service-driven approach, whereby you and welcome shared feedback and learning to continuously improve service experience.
