The Company: Our client is a well-established international company in the transport industry. Main duties: To be in charge of the day to day logistics administration and coordinate between clients and suppliers The Role: - To be the first point of contact with customers and suppliers - To deal with enquiries on a daily basis via email and over the phone - To process and follow up the orders - To optimize the transports cost - To update the records on the the system - To be responsible of tanks, their location and status, reporting any damage - To communicate effectively with suppliers, clients and different departments The candidate: - Fluent in English & French (Written and spoken) – Essential - Previous experience in transport / logistics (ideal) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives - Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment - Proactive and dynamic personality - Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…) - Able to work under pressure and multitasks Salary: Between £26,000 and £29,000 per annum DOE Benefits French Selection UK - The leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom
