Overview
We are currently recruiting for production operatives to join our prestigious food processing client, a market leader within the food industry. Working within this client, duties include the use of equipment and machinery to assist with manufacturing and packaging of food products, setting up equipment and running checks. You will also be required to pack/unpack raw materials and/or finished products, follow the clients recipes whilst adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Visual inspection with a high level of housekeeping are key parts of the role. Successful candidates should ideally have previous experience within either a food or drinks industry, however as full training will be given it is not essential. Good attention to detail is expected in order to produce high quality results. You will need to have the ability to maintain concentration whilst doing repetitive tasks , working quickly and methodically. Shift pattern currently in operation: - Monday-Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Flexibility regarding shifts would be advantageous.
