A creative Talent Attraction Campaign Manager to join a growing financial services business, Whiteley (6m FTC) Your new company My client are an independent, financial services business who have been established nearly 20 years. They enjoy organic growth, whilst always focusing on the professional and personal development of their employees. Your new role This is a great opportunity to join a company who are going through an exciting period of change on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with the potential for the role to be extended or become permanent. Working hours: 37.5, Monday-Friday - 9am-5.30pm (with potential flexibility on start/finish times). The company have recently invested in a market-leading application tracking system (Greenhouse) and they need a market-leading candidate experience and talent attraction campaign to go with it. From compelling, creative campaigns that attract talent in the right markets, through to a digital, yet people-centric hiring experience. The business need to create a candidate journey that reflects both their people and culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative thinker to put their stamp on something integral to the business's success. Key responsibilities: - Create a brand new candidate experience, you will be responsible for creating a market-leading candidate experience and will have some great support to do so including excellent technology (Greenhouse), an expert creative agency and a unique employee value proposition. - Create an innovative, high-impact talent attraction campaign. You will bring to life their unique employee value proposition through a carefully crafted talent attraction campaign to launch Greenhouse. This campaign will need to stand out from the crowd, align to their authentic employer brand narrative and include tailored messages to target multiple personas. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a proven background in candidate experience and employer brand, with 3 years in a similar role, supported by a relevant HR or Marketing qualification. Working knowledge of Greenhouse will be an advantage, but experience of similar recruiting platforms will be considered too. Other requirements include: - Excellent organisational skills. - Strong project management skills and great attention to detail. - A brilliant communicator - Great creativity What you'll get in return You will be offered a market-leading salary between £45,000-£52,000/annum (pro-rata'd to 6 Months) free on-site parking, plus additional benefits.
