Production Shift Manager Northamptonshire £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits Production Shift Manager required to join a fast paced food manufacturing site Production Shift Manager key accountabilities: Promote safe working environment and a safety culture in the team. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and keep team focused on quality and consumer satisfaction. Taking ownership and accountability for managing Shift operations and resources to ensure efficient production plan achievement. Manage and control material and labour costs to achieve budget and lead improvement activities for cost reduction. Lead and develop team to high performance including recruitment, training, coaching, communication, motivation and engagement. Continuous Improvement; Promote a continuous improvement culture in the team and across the department. Setting the Agenda; Supports and communicates innovation and consumer activities Knowledge & Experience; Experience within FMCG production environment and managing cross functional teams Knowledge of Food safety legislation Working in an environment that has Health & Safety as a high priority Experience and be able to demonstrate effective people management skills Be IT literate and experience of using systems within a manufacturing environment Please apply for the Production Shift Manager role
