Branch Manager - Automotive Repair and MOT Centre / Fast Fit This is a Brand-new role We need a Branch Manager / Depot Manager / Automotive Service Manager to take over the Management of one of our clients Depots / Automotive Repair Centres / Car Repair Centres . This role would suit an existing Branch Manager that wants a new challenge and environment or a Master Technician / Assistant Branch Manager looking for an upward career step. If the above sounds like you and are passionate about providing the best customer experience and motivating your team to provide the highest levels of customer care then this role is for you. Being a Branch Manager / Depot Manager means having the freedom to concentrate on the important things - driving sales, inspiring your team and providing outstanding customer service. Ideally located - Newcastle Under Lyme, Penkhull, Springfields, Trentvale, Keele, Silverside, Clayton, Basford, Oakhill, Hartshill Salary: £27k Basic, OTE £32k Benefits The Candidate You will either be a current Branch Manager / Centre Manager / Depot Manager / Parts Manager or an Assistant Branch Manager / Experienced Car Mechanic / Master Technician / Parts Supervisor looking for your next career move. You must have proven fast fit / tyre fitting / automotive or car mechanic experience along with people management skills or supervisory experience You should be comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales. Strong communication skills The Role To manage the day to day operation and control of the Automotive Repair and MOT Centre . Maximise sales, turnover and profitability in all areas of the business. Promote & develop the awareness of customer care within the branch. Manage, motivate and develop staff to build a successful, effective team. Warranty claims are being returned to suppliers. Assist in fitting as and when required.
