Overview
Brightwork are looking to recruit an experienced production supervisor for our client, an expert manufacturer of industrial plastics. Immediate start for the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Working in a safe and effective manner - Ensure the plant is set up, monitored and produces product to an agreed specification - Supervising up to 10 workers on shift Candidate Profile: - Experience in similar operational role or environment - A strong manufacturing background with the ability to work on own initiative. - Ability to handle quality / technical issues - Ability to deliver ongoing improvement - Proven track record of employee management and production management - A clear understanding and experience in using KPI's and reports Brightwork Ltd provide the services of an employment agency for those seeking permanent work and an employment business for those seeking temporary work.
