Overview

We have an exciting opportunity at our Insite and are looking for an ambitious / dynamic person to support the Insite Manager to develop the business by capitalising on every profitable sales opportunity whilst ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained and customers' expectations are exceeded whenever possible. The role will involve: Supporting the Insite manager with day to day operations across 3 functions which are, Purchasing (Stock / Non Stock Items) for Maintenance & Production, Material Control and Warehouse Operations. Principal Responsibilities · Support the Insite Manager in sourcing (Stock / Non Stock) items in line with the customer’s requirements and demands. · Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service. · Delivering unit cost reduction savings against previous suppliers and OEM´s. · Supporting maintenance engineers with technical enquiries and problems. · Assist in the delivery of the Brammer value added proposition and attainment of agreed cost saving targets. · Arrange site visits with preferred supply partners to help identify and assist with all value added activities. · A proactive approach, looking for sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments. · Take responsibility and management of the maintenance warehouse (Goods In / Replenishment / Stock Checks / General House Keeping) Essential Key Skills/Requirements Capable of building strong customer and employee relationships and candidates need to be highly motivated, self driven and pro-active. Ability to source product outside of Brammer´s core product range. Stores Management.
