It's a Grad / Junior level position so you'll be provided with support straight from joining with training courses from day 1 and a personal development as part of your day to day responsibilities. About you… It would be great if you had a computing related degree, or, a passion for Software Development and the hunger to kick start your career in a rewarding company. We're looking for Grad / Junior Software Developers so we don't really mind if you have more experience with Java, C#, C++, Python, SQL, or something similar If you are willing to learn and have high-level problem-solving skills with a strong team working ethos, then we'd 100% recommend getting in touch Other than that, we're looking for people with good communication skills, problem-solving ability, a strong team working ethos, as well as the ability to work to challenging delivery deadlines without compromising quality. What you'll be doing… You'll be working with information from right across the business in a skilled development team. The company has an excellent training program in place in order to nurture and help you succeed in your new role and as such, personal development is a big part of the role's responsibilities. As well as this though, you'll be supporting developers and senior developers in delivering the defined list of projects on time, and - Working with other developers in the team to build knowledge and experience. Building effective working relationships with both IT and operational teams to ensure mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities. Promote and embrace a culture of continuous improvement, carrying out improvements in line with delivery methods.
