Requirement Sales Manager /Recruitment Manager who would like to fast track into Directorship /Head of Recruitment for the business/Partnership Location Yorkshire Sector Accountancy & Finance ,Professional Recruitment,Commercial Recruitment Role As the Recruitment Manager or Sales Manager this is a key position reporting to the MD .The role will be to support the growth of the recruitment team and contribute to the growth of the business overall . As the Manager one of your first tasks is to hire an additional 2 recruitment consultants ,train, manage and lead a team This is a fee earning role where you will earn 50% of fee as well as team bonus .Consideration will be given to non billing managers too . You will have full flexibility of working and managing your time This independent recruitment company based in Yorkshire is highly profitable .Due to the success of 2019 ,reinvested profits we are looking to hire a manager /managing consultant or recruitment partner to focus on training and development of the 2 recruitment consultants and resourcer . Any level of recruiter with Accountancy & Finance ,Professional Recruitment,Commercial Recruitment Location Yorkshie -Excellent transport links ,refurbished office ,lots of local facilities Package to £50k basic Package 50% commission on personal as well as team commission ,shares ,equity ,possible Partnership ,free car parking ,car allowance ,additional benefits both personally and for family /spouse ,flexible hours .
