Customer Service Assistant London, NW9 £22,000 Pension Parking 38191617A This is a great role for a hardworking, enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join an expanding organisation where there will be the opportunity to make a really valuable contribution to the Company’s continuing success. Some of your duties will include: - Providing all round customer service and administrative support in the Sales Department - Managing incoming orders from client based throughout the UK and inputting onto the computer system - Allocating stock required to meet customer order requirements and liaising with external delivery contractors - Tracking progress of orders on the computer system and investigating any delivery issues that arise - Dealing with client enquiries, recommending products best suited to meet their requirements - Maintaining computerised database records and updating information held when required Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
