Our client has recently acquired a practice near Ashford following retirement, and are therefore, seeking an experienced Financial Planner who will be able to service existing clients, providing professional holistic financial planning. Unlike other acquisition companies, our client we prefer to buy into and partner with well-regarded Firms to provide an amicable exit for the shareholders whilst protecting and sustaining the business for the future, ensuring continuity and security for both clients and staff alike. The long-term strategy of the Company is to focus on growing the business organically through acquisitions of local IFA practices, which they also hope to develop further through their unique marketing initiatives, back office support and nexus of experience. When you join our client’s firm, you do not join a network. You join tradition, experience and a focus towards safeguarding the future of traditional Independent Financial Advice. Following the recent acquisition of a highly successful Kent based practice, we are looking for an experienced financial planner. You will be inheriting a successful client bank, with recurring income, responsible for building rapport and providing quality financial advice. You will be provided with back office support, so any spare time, you will be expected bring in further new business to the company, which is highly promoted and influenced. To be considered for this position, you will have a proven track record as a Financial Adviser , preferably whole of market, and hold, at least, the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
